I wonder if he set goals. I don't consider myself goal oriented but a friend told me I never could have finished graduate school without the ability to knuckle down to some hard hitting goals. My question is whether one needs to be more comfortable with goal setting behavior to succeed in being one's own boss, i.e., starting a business of my own. Are there any right-brained entrepreneurs from academia out there who are actually succeeding and making a bundle? Any thoughts? Albert Einstein was cool. I wonder if he set goals.
